2 lbs Ground pork 1 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder 1 tbsp Liquid smoke
Mix together all ingredients except for the liquid smoke in a large bowl.
