Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs Pork spare ribs
  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Bown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 can Beer (12-ounce)

Instructions
 

  • Combine the apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cumin in a large resealable bag.
  • Add the pork spare ribs to the bag, seal them, and shake to coat them evenly with the marinade.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat a smoker to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C).
  • Remove the ribs from the marinade, and discard the marinade. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
  • Brush the ribs with vegetable oil. Place the ribs in the smoker, and pour the beer into the drip pan. Smoke the ribs for 3-4 hours or until they are tender and cooked.
  • Let the ribs cool for a few minutes before cutting them into individual servings.
