- 4 lbs Pork spare ribs
- 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Bown sugar
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 can Beer (12-ounce)
Combine the apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cumin in a large resealable bag.
Add the pork spare ribs to the bag, seal them, and shake to coat them evenly with the marinade.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat a smoker to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C).
Remove the ribs from the marinade, and discard the marinade. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
Brush the ribs with vegetable oil. Place the ribs in the smoker, and pour the beer into the drip pan. Smoke the ribs for 3-4 hours or until they are tender and cooked.
Let the ribs cool for a few minutes before cutting them into individual servings.
