Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. If you are using a cooking spray, lightly coat a baking sheet or pizza pan with the spray. If not, simply place your pizza crust on a pre-floured baking tray or pan.
In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, oregano, and parsley. Spread this mixture over the pizza crust.
Take your sliced ham and sliced mushrooms and evenly distribute them on top of the pizza crust.
If you would like to add any additional toppings, such as scrambled eggs, sweet corn, pepperoni, or veggies, feel free to do so now.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Take out the pizza and sprinkle your shredded cheese over the ham and mushrooms. After that, put it back in turned off oven and let the cheese melt on the hot pizza for about 2 minutes.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool/rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Season it with salt and pepper to taste.
