How Long to Cook Short Ribs at 350 ºF
Traditional Thai peanut sauce includes coconut milk, but this recipe is thicker, stickier, more savory. This peanut sauce is also good for dipping or salads but creates a caramelized, sticky, golden brown exterior for the ribs in the oven.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Bring the short ribs to room temperature.
Mix the ingredients in a small bowl, until it’s smooth, and
heat them in the microwave on low power for 2-3 minutes.
Brush the sauce all over the short ribs and transfer them to a baking dish.
Put the ribs into the preheated oven and bake them at
350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Take out the ribs from the oven and let them cool down slightly before serving them with some delicious side dish.
Notes
Serve these Thai peanut short ribs with lettuce wraps, butter roasted veggies, potato salads, ravioli.
