- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Vgeetable oil
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Whisk together the flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the oil and milk until well combined.
Add the eggs and mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow cooling for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
