Iced Blonde Vanilla Bean Coconut Latte

There's no need to spend a fortune on frappuccinos when you can make your own at home! This Iced Blonde Vanilla Bean Coconut Latte is the perfect summer drink. It's refreshing, flavorful, and made with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Strongly brewed blonde roast coffee
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup Canned coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla bean paste ( or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, coffee, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add coconut milk, vanilla bean paste, and sugar and blend again until combined.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Notes:
If you don't have a blender, you can simply stir the ingredients together until the coconut oil is melted. You may also want to try using cold brew coffee for a different twist on this recipe.
