1 package Frozen hashbrowns (32 oz) 1/2 cup Melted butter cup Shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup Chopped onion 1/2 cup Chopped green bell pepper 1/2 cup Chopped red bell pepper 12 Eggs (beaten) 1 1/2 cups Milk 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.
Mix the hashbrowns, melted butter, cheddar cheese, onion, bell peppers, eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the casserole is firm and golden brown on top.
Serve with a side of fruit or a green salad.
