Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 tbsp Cold butter, cut into cubes.
  • 3/4 cup Milk

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Using a pastry blender or fingers, cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Add milk and stir until dough comes together.
  • Roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut out biscuits with a biscuit cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown. Serve warm with butter and honey.
