This is Chuy’s salsa recipe you can use to make your delicious salsa at home. It’s a simple recipe that only requires a few ingredients and is perfect for anyone who loves Mexican food.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Tomato sauce (10 oz)
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1/2 Onion (diced)
  • 1 Green pepper (diced)
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper (diced)
  • 1 Clove of garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Corn, drained (15 oz)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour the salsa into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or use them as a topping for tacos or burritos.
