- 1 can Tomato sauce (10 oz)
- 1 can Diced tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1/2 Onion (diced)
- 1 Green pepper (diced)
- 1 Jalapeño pepper (diced)
- 1 Clove of garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Chili powder
- 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained (14.5 oz)
- 1 can Corn, drained (15 oz)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour the salsa into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
Serve with tortilla chips or use them as a topping for tacos or burritos.
