Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tri-Tip roast

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your smoker to 225ºF.
  • Rub your Tri-Tip roast with your favorite BBQ rub, making sure to cover the entire surface of the meat.
  • Place the roast in the smoker and smoke for 2-3 hours or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 145F.
  • Remove the roast from the smoker, and wrap it tightly in foil.
  • Place the wrapped roast back in the smoker, and continue cooking for another hour or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 160F.
  • Remove the roast from the smoker, and allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
