- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Syrup
- 1 tbsp Pectin powder
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Diced red bell pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 2 drops Red food coloring
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tbsp Canned jalapeno peppers (diced)
In a medium saucepan, combine the water, sugar, corn syrup, pectin powder, cornstarch, white vinegar, red food coloring, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the red bell pepper and jalapeno peppers and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Serve with your favorite dishes.
