How to Bake Haddock at 400ºF
Haddock is a delicious fish that can be baked in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This recipe is simple and results in delicious, flaky fish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Haddock fillets
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup Melted butter
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on haddock fillets.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan.
- Coat haddock fillets in flour, then dip in melted butter.
- Place haddock fillets on a greased baking sheet.
