Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Roasted red peppers (drained)
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Fresh parsley leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients, except the parsley, to a blender or food processor.
  • Puree until completely smooth.
  • Pour the crema into a serving dish and garnish it with fresh parsley leaves, if desired.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
