  • 1 pound Rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Topping:

  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions for al dente. Drain.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown and firm.
  • Meanwhile, heat marinara sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and pepper over the top of the baked rigatoni cheesecake factory recipe. Pour heated marinara sauce over the top.
  • Serve immediately.
