Ingredients: 1 pound Rigatoni pasta 1 cup Ricotta cheese 3 Eggs 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese 1 Garlic clove (minced) 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper Topping: 1 cup Marinara sauce 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cook pasta according to package instructions for al dente. Drain.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven , or until golden brown and firm.
