- 1 can Pink salmon, drained and flaked (14.75 ounces)
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1 tbsp One tablespoon milk
- 1 tbsp One tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/3 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Mix salmon, onion, flour, egg, milk, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Shape mixture into small patties.
Coat patties in bread crumbs.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
Fry patties until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
