(sliced into strips)

Onion
(diced)

Green pepper
(diced)

Flour

Milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp.
Remove the bacon from the skillet
and drain it on paper towels
.
Add the onion and green pepper to the skillet and cook until soft.
Stir in the flour and milk, and season with salt and pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil, constantly stirring, until thickened.
Return the bacon to the skillet
and cook for 2 minutes
.
Serve immediately.
