Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar (divided)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 6 cups Fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease the bottom and sides of an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, 1 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons butter, baking powder, and salt. Mix until crumbly. Stir in milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until well blended. Pour batter into the prepared dish.
  • Combine blueberries, 1/4 cup sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Spoon over batter.
  • Bake cobbler for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Drizzle with melted butter during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  • Serve the cobbler warm with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
