1 Rack of beef ribs 1/2 cup Your favorite BBQ sauce 1 tbsp Smoked paprika 1 teaspoon Garlic powder 1 teaspoon Onion powder 1 teaspoon Black pepper 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar 2 cups Water
Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees Fahrenheit .
Season the ribs with the BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
