4 Ingredient Potato Soup Recipe
This classic potato soup is very creamy and delicious! You can also add some spices or herbs to change the flavor. It's an excellent recipe for those chilly days when you want something tasty. This soup can be ready with very little effort.

- 2 Big potatoes or three medium one large carrot (or two small ones)
- Celeriac root (or ordinary celery)
- 2 cups Milk whole
- Pepper Parsley for garnish Salt
Cut the potatoes in cubes, carrots in rounds, and celeriac in chunks.
Put them all in a pan with some butter or olive oil.
Fry them on low heat for about 10 min until all the veggies are soft.
Take the pan off the heat and add your milk(start with 2 cups).
Use an immersion blender or a food processor to blend it into a creamy smooth soup.
Add salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with parsley before serving!
