- 1 Rack of baby back ribs
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar (60 ml)
- 1/2 cup Ketchup (120ml)
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (60 ml)
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar (60 ml)
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (163 degrees C).
Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cumin in a small bowl. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.
Place the ribs in a large baking dish or roasting pan, and pour in the apple cider vinegar and ketchup.
Bake the ribs for 2-2.5 hours, or until they are very tender.
Mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and vegetable oil in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until everything is combined and heated through.
When the ribs are done cooking, brush them with the BBQ sauce and serve.
