- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Clove of garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes: If you prefer a thinner sauce, simply add more lemon juice or water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Add a pinch or two of cayenne pepper to taste for a spicier sauce. This sauce will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
