Pineapple Jelly Recipe
This recipe is for a delicious and easy-to-make pineapple jelly. This dish is an excellent addition to any party or potluck and will surely be a hit with your guests!

- 1 can Pineapple juice (14 oz)
- 1 package Gelatin (3 oz)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
In a medium saucepan, bring pineapple juice to a boil. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add to pineapple juice mixture and stir until well combined.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
