  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Take a large mixing bowl so that all the ingredients can easily be mixed under one roof. Pour the melted butter and sugar and start to beat with the help of a beater with medium-low speed. 
  • Add on the vanilla essence, yogurt and buttermilk and mix with the mixing spoon so that the ingredients can easily be mixed up.
  • Take a separate cup, add flour, salt, corn flour, and cocoa powder, and mix it with a mixing spoon. Mix until all the dry products are entirely mixed.
  • Slowly and gradually add the flour, salt, corn flour, and cocoa powder mixture to the mixing bowl and gradually beat the batter with the beater. Beat until the dry ingredients are thoroughly mixed into the wet ones, and a thick paste-like batter is formed.
  • Mix the chocolate chips into the batter slowly before putting the batter into the pan. Do not beat with a beater to avoid chocolate chips breaking and dissolving into the batter.
  • After the mixing is done, spray the non-stick pan with oil or place a butter paper and pour the batter into it to avoid stickiness.

Preheat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit [180 degree Celsius] for 15-20 minutes.
