- 1 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 5 cups Water
- 1 Lemon’s juice and peels
- ½ tbsp Red wine vinegar
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the salmon filets at room temperature.
- Fill any baking tray with tall sides with 4 cups of water and place the Earl Gray tea bags in it.
- Put the baking tray in the bottom of the heating oven and leave it there to make an earl gray steam for your salmon.
