What Goes Good With Chicken Alfredo

1) Meatballs

Meatballs are easy to make if you have grounded meat and are very delicious. You can cook them in any way you like. With sauce, without sauce, or simply with white or creamy sauce, meatballs are delicious and easy to go with many dishes.

You can also use them in any pasta, salad, or soups. Any ground meat will do but I like chicken and beef. Especially chicken meatballs are very easy to cook. Beef meatballs are more flavorful and also take less time. Mutton, turkey, pork, or any other meat can be used to make quick and delicious meatballs.

2) Garlic Bread

Garlic bread can be served as a side dish with Chicken Alfredo. Having bread on the table is always fulfilling, and what can be better than garlic bread.

You can make it with any bread of your choice, but I like french bread. It is soft and milky, and the combination of butter and garlic with the sweetness of bread is simply amazing.

Smither the Bread slices with butter and crushed garlic. Add herbs of your choice and place them in a hot oven for 6-7 minutes. The combination of garlic bread and chicken alfredo is very good.

3) Chilli Lime Broccoli

I love having broccoli on my table due to its high nutritional value and brilliant color combination. The green looks good with the white combo of chicken Alfredo.

Stir broccoli in a little oil or butter. Add lime juice, and sprinkle chili flakes with salt to give it some heat. It’s delicious and works as an energy booster on your table.

4) Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges

Potatoes are cool, and almost everyone loves having them on the table. They are cheap, versatile, and presentable; potato wedges are perfect for any cozy dinner or lunch—cut potatoes in wedges. Sprinkle seasoning of your choice. I like a touch of herbs with salt and pepper.

Drizzle loads of olive oil and leave in the oven on medium heat. Wedges should be golden and crisp from the outside. Serve with chicken alfredo. A pro tip is to use some chili flakes in the seasoning. It gives wedges a little heat.

5) Onion Rings

Onion rings are easy to make and very presentable if you have them in the uniform cut. Use dicer to cut onion rings. Soak them in water for 20 minutes. Pat them dry and roll in the dry batter. For the dry batter, mix cornflour with flour and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Dip in egg batter, then roll in dry flour. Deep fry or use an air fryer for oil-free frying.

6) Coleslaw

Classic coleslaw goes good with chicken Alfredo. It’s fresh, and veggies add loads of nutrition to your table.

Cut the cabbage into thin slices and use a dressing of olive oil, lime juice, pepper, and salt. You can use mayonnaise or control the quantity depending on your choice. It’s easy to make, and you can prepare in advance and serve on time.

7) Stuffed Peppers

Stuffed peppers are amazing, and you can easily pair them with any dish. Empty the peppers and stuff them with grounded and cooked beef, chicken, or any other meat of your choice.

You can go for all cheesy filling as well. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until peppers are tender but still firm enough to hold shape. Serve with salads and pasta; it adds to the beauty of your table as well.

8) Stuffed Mushrooms

If stuffed peppers are not something you like, then stuffed mushrooms are healthier and a different side dish to pair with Chicken Alfredo.

Combine cooked grounded beef or chicken with seasoning and cheese. Fill the mushrooms and bake them for few minutes.

9) Grilled Chicken

Grilled chicken takes less time and preparation, and you can easily make them within half an hour. Grilled chicken pairs very well with chicken Alfredo.

I use chicken stripes, they take less time cooking, and you can make many with a breast piece or two. Season the chicken strips the way you like. Add lemon salt, pepper, and oil and put them on a hot grill. It takes hardly 3-4 minutes to cook each side, but cooking time can vary depending on the size of stripes.

10) Crispy Bacon

You can’t go wrong with crispy bacon stripes. They are also easy to make. Little high on fat content, but you can have it once in a while. The crispy bacon with lots of flavors goes very well with chicken Alfredo’s buttery and creamy flavor.

Shrimps are everyone’s favorite, and you can make them in so many ways to compliment any dish. They taste and look delicious with chicken Alfredo as well.  Perfect side dish for any main course. Grilled shrimps are easier to make.

Pat dry shrimps and add your favorite seasoning.

I like to go mild on seasoning and add only chili flakes, pepper, and salt. Put them on a sizzling grill fan and give two minutes to each side. They are ready in no time.

12) Baked Asparagus

Nutritionally asparagus are very healthy. They give a nice green color to your table and are very easy to bake in the oven. Cut in uniform sizes and add salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice. Place them in an oven tray and bake asparagus that are tender and crunchy from outside.

Go for mashed potatoes when you dont have time for any fuss and need a quick and easy side dish with chicken Alfredo. Boil potatoes and mash them. Use butter in a pan and add mashed potatoes and rosemary, basil, pepper, and salt.

Use milk or cream to make it thick and smooth. Turn off the heat when it’s ready. Use an ice cream scoop and serve on a plate with chicken Alfredo.

15) Steak

Steak and pasta pair perfectly for any dinner or lunch. Use mutton or beef strips for the steak. You can also use pork portions. Steak seasoning needs nothing more than basil, pepper, and salt. Use a grill or even a simple frying pan.

Put it on a hot pan and let it cook. It takes 7-8 minutes to cook each side. Cooking time varies depending on the thickness of the meat cut. Steak gives a fancy touch to your table and completes the meal.

16) Glazed Carrots

With creamy and rich pasta, you need something for your sweet tooth. Glazed carrots are sweet and look very beautiful on the table.

The orange or red color of carrots gives the color. It takes a few minutes to cook glazed carrots.

Add butter to the pan and pan-fry the carrots. I like baby carrots as you dont have to cut them, and they look great on plate as well. Add sugar or brown sugar. Brown sugar gives a very sweet and tangy taste. Let the carrots cook in sugar until they are tender. Plate the glazed carrots and serve them with chicken Alfredo.

17) Fruit Salad

Fruit salads are healthy and refreshing. They add lots of color to the table and taste heavenly as well. There is no rule here; you can use seasonal fruits like mango, oranges, pomegranate, grapes, or papaya. Mix them and serve with a dash of cream or simply as it is.
