  • 3 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 can Be refrigerated croissant dough (12-ounce)
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted


  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 2 minutes per side.
